Charles Poulin

Charles has been with Univest Securities in the Capital Markets division since 2020. He is responsible for the execution and distribution of capital-raising activity including IPOs, Follow-on Offerings, CMPOs, PIPEs & Registered Direct offerings. He began his career in 2013 as a retail account executive at Aegis Capital where he built a book of business over seven years, developing relationships and expertise in client service. Charles studied at Holderness School in New Hampshire and Fordham University in New York City.
