Aline Bentes

Aline Bentes has a diverse range of work experience. Aline worked at Pipefy as a People Business Partner Tech starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bemol Digital in various roles including People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Advisor. In these roles, they focused on talent acquisition, strategic prospecting of professional profiles, conducting selection processes, and onboarding new employees. Before Bemol Digital, Aline worked at Hub - Tecnologia e Inovação as a People Management Assistant and Innovation Project Manager. Aline'sresponsibilities included recruitment and selection, onboarding, and planning engagement events. Aline also worked at the Government of Amazonas as a Project Manager - PMO, where they managed innovation and modernization projects. Lastly, Aline worked at Natura Campus as a Researcher in Innovation Management, where they conducted field research, interviews, and data analysis to develop a model for implementing and managing partnerships between science and technology institutes and companies.

Aline Bentes completed their undergraduate education at Universidade Federal do Amazonas from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Aline then pursued further education at UNICV - Centro Universitário Cidade Verde from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained an Executive MBA in Project Management, specializing in Business Administration. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, Aline Bentes attended Universidade Federal do Amazonas from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Portuguese Language and Literature.

In addition to their formal education, Aline Bentes has also acquired several certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Talent Management Expert certification from Sustentare Escola de Negócios. Aline also achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in the same year. In 2021, Aline Bentes obtained the Talent Acquisition Expert certification from SBGC - Sociedade Brasileira de Gestão do Conhecimento, and the Agile Coaching DNA certification from Software Zen. In 2020, they completed the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf.
