Carolina Suñer

Carolina Suñer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various sectors. Currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry at Pipefy since May 2024, Carolina previously held several positions at Neoway, including Account Manager and Customer Success roles focused on Financial Services. As Co-Founder and CEO of Leslie Delivery from 2020 to September 2023, Carolina demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes an internship at SAP in Corporate Communication and CSR and a marketing internship at International Paper Do Brasil. Carolina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication with a focus on Marketing from ESPM and is pursuing a Lato Sensu Postgraduate degree in Business Administration at FGV. Additional education includes various marketing and leadership programs from The University of Akron and FGV.
