Director, Go-to-market Strategy at Pipefy

Leonardo Tomadon has a diverse and extensive work experience. Leonardo started their career as a Business Consultant at JR Consultoria - UFPR in February 2016. In September 2016, they transitioned to a role as an Enterprise Business Development Representative, where they generated qualified business opportunities and engaged in high-level dialogues with senior executives.

In August 2018, Leonardo joined Pipefy as a Sales & Marketing Project Manager, reporting to the VP of Customer Operations and CMO. In this role, they conducted growth and go-to-market experiments, developed sales strategies, and served as a product evangelist. Leonardo held this position until October 2019.

From November 2019 to August 2020, Leonardo served as the Corporate Planning PMO for Marketing at Pipefy, overseeing ongoing initiatives and supporting the CMO with strategic planning. Leonardo also optimized marketing routines and processes during this time.

In August 2020, Leonardo transitioned to the role of GTM Operations Lead at Pipefy. Leonardo drew insights from industry and customer trends, providing meaningful insights to Product, Marketing, and Sales. Leonardo also identified areas for performance improvement and recommended strategies to optimize productivity and accelerate revenue generation. Leonardo held this position until January 2021.

Leonardo then took on the role of Head of Outbound Sales at Pipefy from February 2021 to January 2022. In this role, they built, ran, and scaled the Outbound channel for Latin America. Leonardo hired and developed a team of BDRs and AEs while implementing playbooks and a tech stack to support their efforts.

In January 2022, Leonardo was promoted to Head of Sales & Business Development at Pipefy. Leonardo merged the Inbound and Outbound channels into a new Acquisition channel and led a team of managers, team leaders, and XDRs. Leonardo was responsible for generating new pipeline for the sales team and overseeing strategies for Inbound and Outbound/Named Accounts XDRs teams across different territories.

In July 2022, Leonardo was appointed as the Head of GTM Programs at Pipefy. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the verticalization and GTM strategy, leading a team of Vertical Program Managers and a cross-functional matrix team. Leonardo also took on the function of acting Head of Outbound Sales during Q3/22, focusing on the team's turnaround towards verticalization.

Additionally, Leonardo is a member of Pavilion, a private membership organization for commercial growth operators, since January 2022.

Leonardo Tomadon began their education in 2012 at Seaquam Secondary in British Columbia, Canada, where they completed their high school education in 2013. In 2014, they attended Rabun Gap Nacoochee School in Georgia, USA for a post-graduate program, although the field of study for this program is not specified.

Leonardo then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce at FAE Centro Universitário from 2015 to 2016. Leonardo furthered their studies at Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Leonardo also obtained various certifications. In January 2019, they completed "The Art of Evangelism" course at Udemy. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot. Leonardo also completed the "Management Consulting Approach to Problem Solving" course at Udemy in December 2020. Leonardo has also pursued certifications in "Bloomberg Market Concepts" from Bloomberg LP and "Certificação em Gestão de Processos" from Pipefy, although the months and years of completion are not specified for these certifications.
