Paula Marini Pinheiro has a diverse work experience. Paula started their career as an Estagiária at SNCF in February 2016 and worked there until July 2016. Then, they joined Itaú BBA as an Estagiária in June 2017 and stayed there until June 2018. In August 2018, they joined Pipefy as a Solutions Designer and worked until September 2019. During their time at Pipefy, they also served as a Customer Success Manager from September 2019 to January 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Operations - Customer Success at Pipefy, starting in 2018. In this role, they have responsibilities such as strategic planning, analytics, project management, team coordination, and data analysis. Paula also works on special projects and collaborates with other internal teams and vendors.

Paula Marini Pinheiro completed their Post-Graduation in Process and Quality Management from FAE Centro Universitário from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2012 to 2017, majoring in Civil Engineering. Additionally, they participated in an Academic Exchange program at Université de Technologie de Troyes from 2015 to 2016, specializing in Civil Engineering.
