Marv Payne

Marv Payne's work experience began in 2008 as a Fluid Service Specialist at Baker Hughes. Marv then held various roles at Baker Hughes, including Curriculum Manager, Competency Manager, and Competency Lead and Curriculum Manager, before becoming a Curriculum Manager, Drilling and Completion Fluids. In 2017, Marv joined Baker Hughes, a GE company as a Curriculum Manager, Drilling and Completion Fluids. Marv later transitioned to Competency Solutions, LLC as a Principal Consultant and then moved on to PECI as a Field Project Manager.

Marv Payne completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 2000 at Delta State University. Marv continued their education at the same university and obtained their Master of Science degree in 2001. Finally, they completed their Master of Education degree in 2002, also at Delta State University.
