Michael Knapp

Michael Knapp is an experienced tool designer and engineer with a robust background in manufacturing and product design across various industries. Currently employed at Piper Aircraft since August 2019 as a Tool Designer, Michael has previously held significant roles such as Senior Manufacturing Tool Designer at TECT Power, Inc. and Design Engineer at B/E Aerospace. With experience dating back to 1994, Michael has developed expertise in CNC programming, product design, and tool development while working with companies including Findlay Industries, Rapid Design Inc., and CAD CAM, Inc. Michael's contributions have focused on improving safety, machine reliability, and product quality, as well as managing capital improvement projects from inception to completion.
