Billy O'Neil

Billy O'Neil is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since July 2012, Billy previously held the role of Managing Director at Simmons & Company International, part of Piper Jaffray, from August 2012 to May 2020. Prior to this, Billy was a Vice President and Associate at Simmons & Company International and worked as an Associate at Citi. An early career role included an MBA internship at Brasada Capital Management. Billy began a career in finance as a Research Associate in Global Quantitative Strategies at Invesco Ltd. Billy O'Neil holds an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2008 and 2010.
