Dean Pimenta

Dean Pimenta is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in retail and disruptive commerce sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since November 2021, Dean previously held the position of Head of Retail for the Americas at UBS from September 2019 to November 2021. A long tenure at Citi from July 2001 to September 2019 included roles such as Managing Director, Director, and Vice President in Retail Investment Banking, as well as Associate in Consumer & Retail Investment Banking and Analyst in the Financial Strategy Group. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry and Economics from Yale University, obtained between 1997 and 2001, and graduated from Fairfield High School in 1997.
