Jim Hogan

Director of Customer Care at Pipkins, Inc.

Jim Hogan joined Pipkins’ Customer Care Department in February 1997 as a Trainer. In June 1999, he was promoted to Manager of Customer Care. Jim is responsible for overseeing the implementation for all new customers, scheduling initial and follow-up training and support once a sale has been completed. In November 2016, Jim was promoted to Director of Customer Care.
