Ian J Franks

Ian J Franks is a seasoned Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant with extensive experience in facilitating Agile transformations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Solution Ambassador for Rentouch since April 2019, Ian influences the development of the PI Planning App and engages in client demonstrations and marketing efforts. Prior to this role, Ian founded Amplify Results Consulting in 2019, specializing in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) consulting and certification training for enterprises. Ian has held pivotal positions in Agile practices at JATO Dynamics Ltd and Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, where responsibilities included leading Lean Agile Centers of Excellence and managing SAP enhancement developments. Ian's career also includes significant roles in the supply chain processes at Johnson & Johnson and Nortel, contributing to numerous successful implementations and transformations. Ian is the founder of the Scaling Agile Meetup Group for Bucks, Oxon & Northants, fostering a community focused on Agile methodologies.
