Marília Monteiro

Marília Monteiro has had a varied work experience. Marília began their career in 2014 at IME júnior as a Gerente de Projetos and later became Diretora de Projetos, where they were responsible for project management, portfolio, and quality control of engineering projects. In 2018, they joined the Brazilian Army as a 1º Ten. Marília then moved to Itaú Unibanco in 2019 as a Trainee. In 2020, they started working at Zé Delivery as a Senior Product Manager and Representante e Co-fundadora do NOZ, where they led the definition of group priorities and the construction of work fronts. Marília also helped to build the first diversity census of Zé, which guided the prioritization of diversity goals. In 2022, they joined Pipo Saúde as a Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager.

Marília Monteiro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engenharia Cartográfica from Instituto Militar de Engenharia in 2018, after four years of study from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they completed an exchange program at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied GIS. In December 2020, Marília also obtained a certification in Product Management from Cursos PM3.
