Pierre Morin has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Pierre has held various roles in different industries throughout their career. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Technical Specialist and System Engineer at CAE Electronics, where they designed and integrated real-time EW sensor applications. Later, they joined Beltron as a Software Engineer and Consultant, providing solutions for Nortel Networks. In 2000, they worked as a Software Engineer at Mindready and Nortel Networks, where they maintained and enhanced software for production servers. In 2001, they became the Application Development Manager at Eurekium Innovations, responsible for managing a team of software developers. Pierre then transitioned to CAE as a Project Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing R&D programs and budgets. After that, they served as the R&D Manager at eXludus Technologies, responsible for planning and delivering software solutions. In 2015, they became a Steward and President of the Laval branch at PIPSC IPFPC, representing members working for the Canada Revenue Agency. Currently, they are a Senior Program Policy Officer at the Agence du revenu du Canada, where they review technical work compliance and addresses eligibility issues for the SR&ED program. Throughout their career, Pierre Morin has demonstrated strong expertise in research and development, project management, and team leadership.

Pierre Morin Eng., PMP, CSM completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Université Laval from 1989 to 1993. In 2007 to 2009, they received their PMP Certification from Project Management Institute, specializing in Project Management.
