Carolyn Douthwaite

Carolyn Douthwaite is the Founder and Executive Chair of PiR International, a company Carolyn established to provide interim and executive search services for early stage and mid-capped life science companies. With over two decades of experience in recruitment, Carolyn is dedicated to supporting UK-based life science companies through start-up, change, and transformation. Prior to PiR International, Carolyn served as the Managing Director of PiR Group, specializing in executive search for the global life science sector. Carolyn holds a degree in Personnel Management from the University of Bedfordshire.
