Maria Bekiari

Maria Bekiari is an experienced professional in the field of credit risk management, currently serving as the Manager of the Credit Risk Division within the Group Internal Audit at Piraeus Bank since November 2018. Prior to this role, Maria held positions at Alpha Bank from December 2008 to November 2018, contributing as a Credit Risk Analyst in both the Credit Risk Models Validation and Credit Risk Policy and Control Divisions. Earlier in their career, Maria worked as a Financial Analyst in the Mutual Funds Division at INTERNATIONAL LIFE Group Of Companies from September 2005 to July 2007. Maria holds an MSc in Finance, Investments from ALBA Graduate Business School and a degree from THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF GREECE.
