Hussain Khan has extensive experience in the finance and telecommunications sectors, holding key leadership positions in customer service and experience management. At Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, Hussain served as Head of Service for both voice and non-voice channels. In previous roles, Hussain was Vice President of Customer Experience at IDFC FIRST Bank, Regional Manager at Bajaj Finserv, and held several managerial positions at Idea Cellular Ltd and Reliance Communication, culminating in the role of Deputy Manager. Hussain holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from SIWS College, attained between 1999 and 2002.
