Reshmi Prabhu

Reshmi Prabhu has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on business excellence. Reshmi is currently the VP and Head of Business Excellence at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Jt. VP and Head of Business Excellence from December 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Piramal, Reshmi worked at Nippon Life India Asset Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Reshmi held roles such as Assistant Vice President and Head of Business Excellence from April 2018 to December 2020, Associate Vice President and Head of Business Excellence from April 2016 to March 2018, and Chief Manager and Head of Business Excellence from March 2015 to March 2016.

Earlier in their career, Reshmi worked at Wipro, where they held various management positions. These roles included Senior Manager Corporate Quality, Head of Audit Office and Customer Advocacy from July 2013 to March 2015, Senior Manager Corporate Quality and Lead Transition Quality, Global Analytics and Automation from April 2012 to June 2013, Manager Process Excellence US and Mexico Region from April 2010 to March 2012, Deputy Manager - Global lead-Analytics and Automation, Transition specialist, and Consultant from March 2008 to March 2010, Assistant Manager in Transition, Solutioning, Consulting, and Customer Centricity leadership role from March 2007 to March 2008, and Senior Executive in Process Excellence and Consulting from January 2006 to March 2007.

Reshmi Prabhu started their career at GTL Limited, where they worked as a Team Leader-Process Assurance from October 2001 to January 2006.

Reshmi Prabhu obtained a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Operations from Symbiosis International University from 2019 to 2021. Earlier, in 2016, Reshmi participated in the Management Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur, which aimed to enhance leadership capabilities. Reshmi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai, but the dates of completion are not provided. Additionally, Reshmi has obtained several certifications including Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional in 2020, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in 2018, Business Analytics in 2015, and Customer Experience Masterclass in 2008.
