Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Pirata Group since January 2022, Rob leads a team of HR specialists to implement best practices and prepare the organization for growth. Previous roles include Vice President Human Resources for the Hoiana development in Vietnam, Director of Human Resources at Palazzo Versace Gold Coast, and Senior Director of Human Resources at The Grand - Ho Tram Strip. Rob has also held significant positions at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, Voyages Hotels and Resorts, and Hayman Island Resort, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development.
