Andy Gooding

Andy Gooding has extensive experience in materials management and process engineering, primarily at Pirelli since February 2004 as a Materials Manager, where responsibilities include improving efficiency in compound and fabric product ranges, managing production processes across multiple sites, and leading a team of engineers and technicians in quality improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Process Engineer at Accordis Acetate Products, focusing on process management systems, and Senior Development Engineer positions at BICC Cables and Delta Special Cables, concentrating on compound development and process improvement. Andy holds a diploma in Manufacturing from the Manufacturing Institute and a Grad PRI in Polymer Technology from Burton on Trent Technical College, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification from Smallpeice.
