Filippo Andreani

Filippo Andreani has a diverse work experience. Filippo began their career as a Junior Associate at Squire Patton Boggs in 2003 and then worked as an Avvocato Associate at AS&T - Aviation Shipping and Trade from 2005 to 2008. Filippo joined Chiomenti Studio Legale in 2008 as a Senior Associate, specializing in M&A, Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Data Protection, and Media. In 2015, they moved to Pirelli, where they held various roles, including Head of Contracting & Special Projects - Legal Affairs until 2019, Head of Legal M&A, and Head of Digital and HangarBicocca Legal Affairs until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Contracting & Corporate Procurement at Pirelli. Additionally, Filippo Andreani has a research background, having worked as a Cultore della materia di Diritto Privato at the University of Bologna from 2002 to 2006, where they engaged in scientific research, authored numerous articles, and participated as a speaker in various courses, seminars, and conferences.
