Iris Ng Than

Iris Ng Than serves as the Global Sustainability Lead for Pirelli's Agri Supply Chain, overseeing sustainability initiatives related to the sourcing of natural rubber. With prior experience as the Carbon & ESG Lead at Olam, Iris applied financial accounting principles to climate risk management and sustainability reporting. Previous roles include Assistant Manager at City Developments Limited, responsible for Environmental Sustainability and EHS management, and Sustainability Manager at Singapore Post, where Iris led CSR and sustainability programs. Iris's earlier positions include contributions to the Jane Goodall Institute and the Singapore Science Centre, focusing on citizen science, environmental education, and STEM curriculum development. Iris holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology.
