Roxana Ilie

Roxana Ilie is a Senior HR IT Support Specialist at Pirelli since November 2016, responsible for application maintenance in Success Factors and handling a wide range of HR inquiries with a focus on customer service. Roxana also possesses experience as a Senior Information Technology Support Specialist, diagnosing and resolving computer-related issues, and serving as the first point of contact for technical assistance. In addition to IT roles, Roxana has been a Translator for Mihai Eminescu International Academy since September 2013, translating for renowned poets and international figures, and an Editor at SC Aius Printed Srl since 2012, where tasks include writing book reviews and coordinating articles. Roxana holds a Master's degree in German studies from the University of Bucharest and is currently a PhD Candidate in German literature, cultural anthropology, and intercultural studies at the same institution.
