Stefano Borreni

Stefano Borreni is an experienced automotive engineer with a strong background in tire technology and product development, currently serving as NEXT MIRS Quality Responsible at Pirelli since September 2012. Previous roles at Pirelli include OE product developer and Industrialisation Tyre Technologist. Stefano's practical experience encompasses an internship at the University of Surrey, focused on powertrain dynamics in electric vehicles, and participation in the Squadra Corse Politecnico di Torino Formula SAE racing team, optimizing engine performance through 1D simulations. An early internship at Maggi spa involved investigating welding processes in steel sheets. Stefano holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, complemented by a secondary school graduation in Scientific-Technological studies.
