Grace Bills

Grace Bills is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, education, and business development. Currently serving as the Early Years Programme Director at pirkx since April 2025, Grace leads initiatives to launch a wellbeing benefit platform aimed at supporting parents in the UK. Prior experience includes roles as Head of New Locations Partnerships and Head of Projects at Plus X Innovation, where Grace developed partnerships with universities and councils to drive growth and managed various projects. Grace has also held positions in project management and grant coordination, notably at the Education Training Foundation and LMP Group, where significant contract milestones and financial targets were achieved. Grace's educational background includes a PGCE from the University of Exeter and a Master's degree from the University for the Creative Arts.
