Paolo Campanile

Paolo Campanile currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, overseeing recruitment activities for the Pirola network. In addition, Paolo participates as a mentor in the AIDP Lombardia Mentoring Program. Previous experience includes working as an Executive Manager at LHH, where responsibilities included team management and successful internal hirings, and as an Ambassador for the Wellbeing&Engagement Project at The Adecco Group. Additionally, Paolo has held senior management roles at PageGroup focusing on Sales & Marketing and Finance & Accounting, along with experience at CheBanca! S.p.A. Paolo holds two bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government from Sapienza Università di Roma and Università degli studi Roma TRE.
