Lucas Pellizon

Lucas Pellizon is a seasoned product manager with a strong technical background and extensive experience in operations and governance. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Governance at Pismo since June 2020, Lucas has previously held multiple roles, including Head of Product and Group Product Manager. Key responsibilities include managing credit card operations and enhancing product development. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Analyst at Banco Safra, where Lucas focused on investment products and user experience, as well as a trainee position that emphasized banking process improvements. Additionally, Lucas contributed to educational initiatives at Unifesp, facilitating agile development training, and worked at Embraer, managing IT projects and developing web systems. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Unifesp and has a technical diploma from Colégio Técnico ETEP.
