Baothy Huynh, OTD, OTR/L has been employed in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2021, they began working as a PhD Research Fellow at MGH Institute of Health Professions and as a Member at ACRM | American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. In 2020, they worked as a Project Administrator at Pison. In 2019, they worked as an Advanced Doctoral Experience at Boston Children's Hospital, where they designed a program proposal outlining the process involved in integrating 3D printing within the BCH ACP, developed outcome measures and educational materials, and presented to an interdisciplinary team of clinicians on the basic functionality and clinical applications of 3D printing. In 2018, they worked as a Clinical Placement at Swedish Hospital and Mayo Clinic, where they provided comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and case management, implemented a variety of interventions, and administered and interpreted results for assessments. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at MGH Institute of Health Professions.
Baothy Huynh, OTD, OTR/L has obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2020. Prior to that, Huynh obtained a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from the same institution in 2019. Huynh's educational history also includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Loyola University Chicago, which was obtained in 2015. Huynh also holds certifications in Biomedical Research Investigators and Key Personnel from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, obtained in 2021, and Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), obtained in 2019.
