Hart Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning various customer success and account management roles. They began their career as an Experience Coordinator at LivingSocial, where they organized and facilitated events and ensured customer satisfaction. After that, they worked at PAX Labs as a Customer Support Specialist, assisting customers with inquiries and product returns.

Phillips then joined 99designs as an Account Manager, where they provided guidance and direction to clients with design and branding needs. They shaped the client's creative brief, liaised between clients and designers, and ensured projects were completed within deadlines.

Next, Phillips worked at Baker Technologies as a Customer Success Manager, where they proactively managed a portfolio of cannabis dispensary clients and facilitated their adoption of the platform. They also focused on growing and retaining enterprise clientele.

Following that, Phillips worked at Brandlive Inc., initially as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a varied portfolio of key account clients and executed virtual events.
