Oskar Zabik

Oskar Zabik is a technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently, Oskar serves as Co-Founder at Fragment since January 2024, while also holding the position of Director of Engineering at Pitch since June 2018, where Oskar has implemented strategies to improve flexibility, work visibility, and team collaboration. Prior roles include Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Pitch, contributing to the development of critical user-facing products and backend systems. Oskar's previous experience includes consulting at Rackspace, where Oskar developed automated systems to enhance productivity, and at MACHINIO, INC, as well as freelance consulting. Oskar studied at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie between 2011 and 2013.
