Jamie Shiu

Jamie Shiu has extensive experience in client success management, currently serving as Key Account Client Success Manager at PitchBook since January 2021, where responsibilities include building long-term relationships, logo retention, and training new hires in the Singapore office. Prior to this role, Jamie was an Onboarding Account Manager at Meltwater, achieving high client engagement and low churn rates while overseeing project management and training for the Client Success team. Jamie's career began as an Associate at Nest.vc, contributing to tech startup growth through accelerator programs, and also includes founding Ally's Fashion, an e-commerce platform aimed at providing affordable outfits for young women. Jamie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from Victoria University.
