Maggie Allen

Maggie Allen, CPTD, currently serves as the Senior Training Program Manager for Sales Skills at PitchBook Data, having successfully defined and executed a customer-focused sales methodology for large sales and customer success teams. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Instructional Designer and LX Facilitator at Modus, where Maggie partnered with senior leadership to align learning strategies with business goals, along with a foundational role as an Instructional Designer. Previously, as the Director of Field Learning & Development at the Alliance for Education, Maggie designed curriculum and assessments leading to significant improvements in graduate performance. Additional experience encompasses Program Director at the Refugee Women's Alliance and an Elementary School Teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools, where Maggie promoted inclusivity and high academic achievement. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Elementary Teaching and a Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from the University of Virginia and University of Washington, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
