His vision for the Sydney firm has always been deliberate and intentional, concentrating on core business, long term investments and instituting a supporting architecture to provide growth in a sustainable way. Rob has encouraged people to work more strategically, with a sound focus on client service excellence, expert advice, and attracting and developing the right people that enhance our culture.

Upskilling and empowering staff to make informed, pragmatic and innovative decisions is a key focus for Rob. He promotes a culture of teamwork, commitment and an “anything is possible” attitude with staff and partners.

From a client perspective, Rob continues to have active role in providing wide range of advisory services to corporates, high net worth individuals and families including taxation, superannuation, structuring and asset selection solutions.

With a special interest in providing advice in the property sector, and a residential property investor himself, Rob has been a regular presenter on Sky Business News – Your Property Empire, as well as frequently providing commentary to other media outlets and online publications.

Additionally, Rob is a member of the Pitcher Partners National Coordination Committee, which drives the vision and strategy of Pitcher Partners nationally and internationally.

Rob continues to look for the non-traditional answers to rapid revolutionary change in the professional services industry. This passion for the industry was recognised when he received both ‘Executive of the year’ and the ‘Excellence Award’ at the Accountants Daily, Australian Accounting Awards, 2016.
