Caine Littrell

Caine Littrell serves as the General Manager and Executive Chef at Pitfire Artisan Pizza, contributing to the opening of a new location in Orange since April 2023. With a long-standing career in the food service industry, Caine has held various roles including Executive Regional Chef at Lounge Group from November 2020 to April 2023, and Executive Sous Chef at The Walt Disney Company from April 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production for diverse dining experiences. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Chef at Zov's Restaurants and as Sous Chef at both Maggiano's Little Italy and Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar. Caine shares a background in emergency services as an EMT-Lifeguard II and Junior Lifeguard instructor with the City of Newport Beach Fire Department since March 2000. Education includes studies at Orange Coast College and Newport Harbor High School.
