Thomas McNamara

Thomas McNamara is an experienced culinary professional with a strong track record in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Pitfire Artisan Pizza since April 2023, Thomas previously held the same position at Orange County Mining Co. from May 2022 to April 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Multi Unit Kitchen Manager at Bowlero Corporation and Executive Chef at Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits. Thomas has also excelled as Executive Sous Chef at McCormick & Schmick's and Executive Kitchen Manager at Urban Plates. With a background that includes key leadership roles at BJ's Restaurants, Parkers' Lighthouse, and Romano's Macaroni Grill, Thomas’s extensive experience in kitchen management and culinary operations is complemented by an education from Long Beach City College and Millikan High School.
