Brian Dodd

Brian Dodd has extensive experience in the professional information technology recruitment field, beginning with Northwestern Mutual Life in 1994 as an Agent. In 1996, they took on the role of Director of Marketing at Comegys. In 1999, they joined Kforce as a Sr. Recruiter, responsible for generating candidate leads, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and performing reference checks. In 2003, they moved to Responsive Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Business Development, responsible for developing and managing customer accounts. In 2007, they began working for Gloer 1, Inc. as the Director of Staffing Services, and also took on the role of Talent Director at Kforce Professional Staffing, where they mentored and trained new and current recruiters and produced revenue in excess of $1,500,000 annually. In 2021, Brian began working as an Independent Wine Consultant for Scout & Cellar, and they are currently the Director - Strategic Resources at Pitisci & Associates, a Tampa-based professional information technology recruitment firm specializing in permanent placement, executive searches, and contract hires.

Brian Dodd began their educational journey at Lakewood High School from 1986 to 1990. Brian then attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 to 1992, studying Business. Brian then continued their education at the University of South Florida from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a degree in Marketing, with a focus in Business.
