Vicki O'Brien

Vicki O'Brien is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Strategic Human Resources Director at Excell Marketing since February 2016, Vicki previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Deerfield Retirement Community from 2005 to 2015, where responsibilities included the administration of HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture. Earlier roles include Human Resources Specialist at Life Care Services, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, and Help Desk Team Leader at Amoco Oil Company, where Vicki managed a large staff within a call center environment. Vicki holds an MBA in Business Leadership & Human Resources from Upper Iowa University, along with a Master’s degree in Business Leadership-Human Resources Management.
