Julie Solomon

Julie Solomon serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Pitney Bowes, a position held since February 2007, with prior roles including Vice President and Chief Counsel for PB Services Solutions and Assistant General Counsel. Solomon specializes in transactional law, providing legal leadership for significant global subsidiaries, overseeing numerous acquisitions and divestitures, managing debt issuance and refinancing, and addressing securities law, privacy, and complex commercial agreements among other corporate matters. Additionally, Solomon is the Chairperson of the Board for Read to a Child, having previously served as Board Secretary. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel at Nuance Communications and Corporate Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Solomon holds a J.D. with honors from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. in History from the University of Maryland.
