Shelley Allen

Shelley Allen currently serves as the Instructional Coordinator for Network Management and Cyber Security at Pitt Community College, a position held since August 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating, advising, and teaching within the programs. Allen has also been an Adjunct Instructor in the Division of Online and Graduate Studies at Baker College since January 2021. Prior to this, Allen worked at Pitt Community College as the Cisco Academy Coordinator since January 1999, teaching CCNA certification courses and supervising student internships. Earlier roles include Office Systems Technology Instructor at Lenoir Community College and Pitt Community College, alongside experience as a Bank Teller at BB&T from June 1994 to December 1996. Allen holds a Master of Science in Vocational Education with a focus on Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education with a minor in Business Administration, both from East Carolina University.
