Stephen A. Guenther

Stephen has been working as an operating engineer since 1997 and has serviced 10 different facilities both in the city and suburban office park complex giving him exposure to a broad range of equipment and building operation systems. Stephen joined the EIC team in May of 2018. His unique skillset positioned him for the many different types of complex building systems located at the EIC.

Currently responsible for the daily operations including operating, maintaining and repairing the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building automation and life safety systems.
