Joseph Mills

Joseph Mills possesses over three decades of experience in finance and accounting within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Group Controller for Pittsburgh Glass Works since January 2009, Joseph oversees all accounting and finance operations across the manufacturing system, managing a team of nine plant controllers and three manufacturing operations staff. Prior to this role, Joseph held various leadership positions at Trico Products from January 1999 to January 2009, including Global Vice President Finance, where responsibilities included defining and implementing global strategies and overseeing the recruitment and development of finance teams. Joseph's career began at Valeo, where responsibilities spanned several financial roles from January 1989 to January 1999, including Manager of Operational Analysis and Senior Financial Analyst.
