Terry Wolfe has extensive work experience in the glass industry. Terry started their career at NSG Pilkington in 2003, where they worked as the Director of North America Quality until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Deputy Vice President of Quality Systems at NSG Pilkington. In 2007, they became the Vice President of Quality Systems Automotive and played a key role in establishing and maintaining a global ISO/TS quality system for 34 plants. Terry brought Japanese, Chinese, and Malaysian plants online and ensured consistent quality worldwide. In 2012, Terry joined Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC as the Vice President of Engineering and Glass Technology. In this role, they have been leading the central engineering function for the company, overseeing the construction and commissioning of new plants in Europe and North America. Terry also provides manufacturing support with a team of glass industry professionals.
