Caitlyn Repp

Caitlyn Repp is a certified peer specialist at Pittsburgh Mercy since June 2025. Previously, Caitlyn worked as a content specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where responsibilities included managing e-commerce product detail pages and leading a process optimization project with photography studio partners. Educational experience includes serving as adjunct faculty at Robert Morris University, teaching courses focused on argument and communication skills. Caitlyn has also contributed to research and project development at Bravo cc and the University of Pittsburgh, and has experience in career services, teaching assistant roles, and internships in communication and community education. Caitlyn holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Texas.
