Stephanie Sior

Stephanie Sior is the current Ticket Sales & Retention Manager at the Pittsburgh Steelers. Stephanie has previous experience working as a Membership Services Manager at the Indianapolis Colts and as a Director of Premium Seating at Spectra. Stephanie has been in the customer service and sales industry for over 10 years.

Stephanie began their career in customer service and sales with Spectra. Stephanie quickly rose through the ranks and became the Director of Premium Seating. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for overseeing the premium sales and services for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and PPL Center. Stephanie was the first point of contact for all premium members and provided outstanding customer service.

In 2016, Stephanie was recruited by the Indianapolis Colts to be their Membership Services Manager. In this role, Stephanie renewed and sold premium seating memberships for Colts games. Stephanie also coordinated season tickets, playoffs, and third party ticket distribution for all premium members.

In 2019, Stephanie returned to the Spectra team as their Director of Premium Seating. Stephanie successfully renewed and sold premium memberships for the Phantoms hockey and PPL Center. Stephanie also created marketing materials for third party presale offers and distributed those offers to premium members and founding partners.

Stephanie has had many career highlights during their time in customer service and sales. In 2016-2017, they implemented a new packaging and presentation standard for premium season tickets. Stephanie also planned VIP parties for The AHL All Star

Stephanie Sior has a Bachelor of Humanities in Communications from Pennsylvania State University and attended Greater Latrobe Senior High School.

Stephanie Sior reports to Kristen Lewandowski, Director, Ticket Sales & Retention. Stephanie Sior works with and Brandon Wrobel - Group & Hospitality Sales Manager.
