Travis Baker

Director, Guest Experiences at Pittsburgh Steelers

Travis Baker is the current Director of Guest Experiences for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Travis was previously the Event Services Manager for the Kansas City Chiefs from September 2011 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing the business plan and budget for the Event Services Department, as well as proposing capital projects to enhance the department and game day experience at Arrowhead Stadium.

Baker also oversaw the operation of the Ford Fan Experience (pre-game activation area), hired event staff, and developed a game day staff training program. Travis also managed the wardrobe department, ticket gates, field, Scout Investments Club Level, and Upper Level Seating Bowl on game day. In addition, they managed a part-time staff incentive program that included end-of-season bonuses, raffles, and employee of the game and year awards.

Travis Baker attended Park University for technical theatre and Oak Park High School. Travis has a certification from the Disney Institute in Disney's Approach to Business Excellence.
