Samantha Young

Samantha Young possesses a diverse background in environmental planning and management, with current experience as a Stormwater Inspector at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority since March 2020. Prior roles include Project Manager at E. Holdings, Inc. and City Planner at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where expertise in green infrastructure was developed. Samantha's earlier positions include Government Contractor - GIS at the U.S. Geological Survey, GIS Analyst at the New York State Department of Health, and GIS Intern at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, along with an Environmental Health and Safety Internship at Victaulic. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science/Geography, both obtained from the University at Albany, SUNY.
