Ana Paula Silva began their career in 2004 as an Analista at Itaú Unibanco. In 2009, they moved to SulAmérica as an Analista de gestão de relacionamento com o cliente. In 2016, they joined Pitzi as a Coordenadora Inside Sales. In 2020, they assumed the role of CX Coordinator - Melhoria Contínua, where they were responsible for training, quality, processes, and projects, as well as managing a team of 15 analysts.
