Ana Paula Silva

Ana Paula Silva began their career in 2004 as an Analista at Itaú Unibanco. In 2009, they moved to SulAmérica as an Analista de gestão de relacionamento com o cliente. In 2016, they joined Pitzi as a Coordenadora Inside Sales. In 2020, they assumed the role of CX Coordinator - Melhoria Contínua, where they were responsible for training, quality, processes, and projects, as well as managing a team of 15 analysts.

Ana Paula Silva studied at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bacharelado in Administration of Business.
