Camilla Gonçalves

Camilla Gonçalves has held various positions in the past seven years. Camilla began their career in 2014 as a Monitora de Física at IMT - Mauá - Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. In 2017, they were promoted to Monitora de Projetos e Processos at the same company. In 2018, they moved to Aggrium Química as a Trainee Comercial. In 2021, they joined Pitzi as a Product Manager, and later as Analista de Produto Pleno and Analista de Processos e Melhoria Contínua Pleno. In their role as Analista de Produto Pleno, they mapped AS-IS processes and designed TO-BE, identified improvement points, gathered functional and non-functional requirements, supported product testing, transformed business requirements into development requirements, improved products and processes, developed processes and tools to improve user experience, mapped and continuously evolved the main channels, and led agile meetings and ceremonies. Camilla also managed projects and addressed bugs and requests from internal and external clients.

Camilla Gonçalves has a varied educational background. Camilla completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in 2017. Camilla then went on to obtain a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Product Leadership from Tera in 2022. In 2018 and 2019, they completed an Especialização in Engineering Processes with Ênfase in Projetos from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Digital Product Leadership, BPMN 2.0, Design Thinking, Scrum Fundamentals Certified, and White Belt Lean Six Sigma.
