Izabelle Baffi

Izabelle Baffi has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Customer Experience fields. From 2017 to present, they have been employed at Pitzi, where they have served as a People Analyst, People Recruitment, and Customer Experience. Prior to that, they worked at SEICHO-NO-IE DO BRASIL from 2009 to 2017, where they were a Diagramadora Gráfica.

Izabelle Baffi is currently studying Psicologia at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul since 2017. Izabelle has also obtained several certifications, such as Apresentações, Garra, Liderança, Mentalidade de Crescimento, Gestão do Tempo, Futurologia, Workshop Métricas Ágeis - Medindo o que realmente importa, Inteligência Emocional, all obtained between 2020 and 2022.
