Mateus Bortoloso Antunes

Mateus Bortoloso Antunes has worked in the customer experience field since 2020. Mateus began their career as a Representante de atendimento ao cliente at AlmavivA do Brasil in 2020. Mateus then took on the role of Costumer Experience and Auxiliar de backoffice at Atento Brasil in the same year. In 2021, they moved to Sympla as a Costumer Experience. Mateus is currently employed as a Customer Experience Specialist at Pitzi since 2022.

Mateus Bortoloso Antunes is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Journalism at Centro Universitário FAM, which is expected to be completed in 2025. Prior to this, they attended Colégio Apogeu until 2018.
