Professor Charles McCollum

Professor Charles McCollum has a diverse work experience. Professor Charles co-founded Tomorrow Cardiovascular Screening and served as the Co-Founder since September 2017 and again from May 2018. Professor Charles also founded Rinicare in 2002 and piur imaging GmbH in 2018, holding the role of Founding Director in both companies. In addition, they are the Chairman of McCollum Consultants, starting from January 2018. Professor Charles has also held several positions at University Hospital South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust and The University of Manchester, including Honorary Consultant Surgeon since April 1989 and Professor of Surgery since April 1989, respectively.

Professor Charles McCollum completed their Bachelor's Degree in Medicine at the University of Birmingham from 1967 to 1972. Professor Charles then pursued further education at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Surgeons of England from 1972 to 1976, earning the title of Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. Later, from 1976 to 1981, they attended the University of Birmingham again, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine.
